As a Procurement Specialist, you’ll provide operational support for indirect categories within a defined Line of Business. Your focus will be on leading Request for Proposal (RFP) processes and fostering supplier performance.
Your role will impact the organization by ensuring compliant and value-driven procurement outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end Request for Proposal processes
• Draft and manage Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work
• Monitor contract expiration dates and renew agreements proactively
• Provide training on procurement systems like Coupa and SAP
• Analyze savings opportunities and track procurement metrics
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
• At least 4 years of procurement experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with SAP and procurement digital tools
• SCMP or PMP certification preferred
