This role demands strong collaboration with carrier partners and operational execution to match shipments effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Support and guide the capacity team with daily priorities

• Monitor load volumes and service requirements effectively

• Match freight with suitable carriers and equipment

• Source additional capacity through carrier networking

• Handle carrier negotiations and lane pricing discussions

Requirements:

• Over 3 years in a 3PL or freight operations environment

• Experience in team lead or supervisory roles

• Knowledge of load planning and logistics systems

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and logistics software

Lead logistical efficiency and drive performance enhancements as a Capacity Manager.
