Planning & S&OP Manager

Position: Planning & S&OP Manager Henkel
Join Henkel as Senior Manager in Planning and S&OP in Mississauga, Ontario, and lead your team in optimizing supply chain processes. Utilize your expertise to influence cross-functional collaboration and enhance forecast accuracy.

In this role, you will take charge of demand planning and the S&OP process for Henkel’s Consumer Brands. As leader of a dedicated team, you will align business objectives with supply chain capabilities while managing inventory performance and mitigating risks. Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own demand planning and Sales & Operations Planning with accuracy

• Drive continuous improvements in forecasting and planning processes

• Engage with stakeholders to develop consensus-based plans

• Manage supply chain operations for innovation launches

• Ensure visibility and health of inventory across the portfolio

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in supply chain

• Proven track record in leading demand planning initiatives

• Experience supporting product innovation and lifecycle

• Proficiency in SAP APO or SAP IBP
