You’ll oversee the management of bookings using the OPTIM tool, while also ensuring compliance and reducing manual processes. Collaboration with teams across Asia and the Americas is essential as you drive initiatives for continuous improvement in logistics management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain carrier booking data in OPTIM

• Coordinate allocation agreements across trade lanes

• Communicate with agents about confirmed delivery schedules

• Create timely reports for improved contract visibility

• Monitor compliance and operational performance continuously

Requirements:

• Degree in Transport and Logistics or similar

• Minimum 3 years experience in transport logistics

• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills

• Exceptional interpersonal abilities for collaborative work
