Logistics Coordinator

Position: Logistics Coordinator Role
Drive logistics efficiency as a Logistics Coordinator with Paradigm Electronics in Mississauga, ON. This role focuses on freight management and supply chain operations within a 12-month contract.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be essential in preparing and managing freight operations for Paradigm Electronics. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include handling freight documentation, sampling various transport modes, and reviewing performance metrics of freight companies. Maintain a keen eye on inventory accuracy to support our high-quality product distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle compliance for domestic and international shipments

• Coordinate shipments across all modes of transport

• Review and monitor partner performance from 3PL and freight providers

• Maintain accurate records of product inventory

• Audit all inbound and outbound freight invoices

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business

• Proven logistics or warehouse administration experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Experience in a manufacturing context is advantageous
