In this supervisory role, you will oversee daily procurement activities and engage with diverse teams including Sales and Live Operations. Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous improvement, precision in settlements, and compliance with industry standards. Collaborating effectively is key to your success in ensuring supply meet production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and training to Procurement team

• Execute procurement strategies for poultry supply planning

• Resolve supply issues proactively alongside stakeholders

• Ensure timely and accurate producer settlements

• Lead reporting and analytics for operational insights

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education related to Agriculture or Supply Chain

• Minimum 3–5 years in procurement or supply planning

• Leadership experience is a plus

• Familiarity with SAP and analytical tools

• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
