Kruger Products Customer Compliance Lead

In this pivotal position, you will oversee issue resolution related to supply chain disruptions while working closely with Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.

Your role is critical in monitoring compliance metrics and driving continuous improvement with actionable insights tailored for customer needs. Strong analytical skills will support effective issue management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead resolution of service disruptions in supply chains

• Analyze penalties and drive cross-team resolutions

• Work with Finance to manage chargebacks

• Report on and monitor key service KPIs

• Develop performance insights for internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5+ years in supply chain or logistics roles

• Expertise in compliance programs and chargebacks

• Proficiency in SAP and customer systems

• Ability to manage complex customer portfolios

• Fluent in English & French preferred
