Supply Chain Manager – Efficiency Driver

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead purchasing and logistics operations teams

• Reduce material shortages and improve scheduling

• Build forecasts and production plans based on data

• Track KPIs such as inventory turns and lead time

• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years' experience in supply chain

• 5+ years in leadership expected

• Degree in Supply Chain or related field required

• Strong ERP/MRP knowledge with advanced Excel skills

• Fully onsite work required in Canada
