Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee coordination of repairs and preventative maintenance

• Track service requirements to maximize fleet availability

• Build vendor relationships and ensure timely service delivery

• Maintain accurate vehicle and maintenance records

• Assist in managing safety inventory supplies

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of service coordination experience

• Organizational and administrative capabilities are essential

• Effective communication and relationship-building skills

• Experience in fleet or automotive operations is a plus

• Familiarity with fleet management tools is advantageous
