Key Responsibilities:

• Validate transport options and negotiate favorable rates

• Produce air freight rates in compliance with customer demands

• Track compliance with ISO procedures regarding customer complaints

• Collaborate with sales to enhance service offerings

Requirements:

• Diploma in professional studies or related experience

• Solid background in air freight

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
