Key Responsibilities:

• Authorize and place purchase orders in line with guidelines

• Maintain optimum inventory levels and reduce capital expenses

• Lead efforts in stock replenishment and special order buying

• Confirm accuracy in purchase orders and supplier communications

• Investigate and address supplier shipping errors proactively

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or related field

• At least 1 year of purchasing experience needed

• Familiarity with inventory concepts and performance metrics

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Strong computer skills in management systems
