Supply Chain and Logistics Director

Oversee logistics and supply chain operations within the medical device industry. Drive compliance, procurement, and performance initiatives to support effective business operations.

As a Supply Chain and Logistics Director, you will be instrumental in managing logistics, compliance, and procurement. With a solid background of more than eight years in logistics, including specific experience in regulated manufacturing, your leadership will be pivotal. Manage supplier relationships and refine procurement strategies to optimize cost and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct logistics for domestic and international shipments

• Manage the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process

• Collaborate with suppliers and drive cost reduction initiatives

• Oversee ERP systems to ensure data integrity and efficiency

• Control departmental budgets and material variance

Requirements:

• 8+ years in logistics/supply chain with regulated experience

• In-depth knowledge of customs regulations across regions

• Proven experience building departments from the ground up

• Understanding of electro-mechanical supply chain dynamics

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering (MBA is beneficial)
