Vortex Freight Logistics Supervisor Position

Lead logistics excellence as a Supervisor at Vortex Freight Systems. Manage operations teams, drive improvements, and enhance supply chain efficiency within our growing organization.

Vortex Freight Systems seeks a proactive and organized Operations Supervisor to oversee daily logistics functions and coordinate team efforts.

Your role will encompass managing shipping, transportation activities, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Collaborating with multiple departments, you will ensure compliance with safety policies and support operational expansions, including travel to U.S. terminals as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Southbound logistics team's daily operations

• Oversee transportation and order fulfillment processes

• Drive KPIs and implement process enhancements

• Act as primary contact in absence of VP Operations

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional departments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred

• Minimum 3 years in logistics, at least 1 in leadership

• Strong knowledge of logistics management systems

• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Ability to adapt to fast-changing operational demands
