• Manage general requests from customer care teams

• Support development of analysis to drive improvements

• Create and update dashboards for performance insights

• Assist in routing and shipment scheduling

• Conduct analysis to resolve supply chain challenges

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related areas

• Minimum 1 year experience in analytics within transportation

• Excellent communication and detail orientation

• Proficient in MS Excel and analytical tools

• Proven ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
