Key Responsibilities:

• Directly oversee operational financial objectives

• Facilitate change management across business departments

• Monitor customer KPIs and implement new processes

• Oversee employee performance and succession planning

• Ensure compliance with vendor management protocols

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management

• 7+ years in logistics or supply chain leadership roles

• Experience with large-scale logistics operations

• Proven track record in managing P&L

• Knowledge of QSHE compliance and standards
