Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the capacity team

• Monitor and optimize load volumes with carrier resources

• Facilitate load planning with trusted carriers

• Provide feedback for carrier performance improvements

• Collaborate with dispatch and terminal teams on load execution

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of logistics experience within a 3PL

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented and highly organized approach

• Proficient in logistics management systems

• Ability to work on Canadian holidays as needed
