In this pivotal role, the ROP Planner will maintain robust relationships with restaurant partners, handling demand and supply logistics through systems such as Salesforce and JDE. Key Responsibilities:

• Offer direct system support and restaurant communication

• Respond to service tickets and ensure resolutions are met

• Manage order and delivery adjustments effectively

• Collaborate with Supply Chain to improve processes

• Analyze ROP data and share insights with business units

Requirements:

• Required university degree

• Minimum 2 years in forecasting and replenishment

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

• Proficient in JDE, JDA, or similar software

• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
