As a key player in fleet management, the Equipment Advisor will enhance asset lifecycle activities at Trimac Transportation.

Your role will involve coordinating equipment leasing and relocations while ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.

Demonstrated proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel skills are essential for decision-making and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate delivery and deployment of fleet assets on time

• Manage onboarding, tracking, and disposal of assets

• Maximize equipment utilization with effective planning

• Oversee fleet projects and vendor coordination

• Ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required; degree in relevant field is a plus

• At least one year of industry-related experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Power BI

• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
