Export Coordinator

• Create Sea export bookings and coordinate loadings/pick-ups.
• Prepare export documentation (CERS) and ensure all customs requirements are met at both origin and destination.
• Communicate with carriers, overseas agents, and customers to update shipment status.
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Enter shipment data accurately and complete invoicing with attention to detail.
• Quote shipments and gain insight into the ocean freight market.
• Helping troubleshoot shipment delays or discrepancies with a problem-solving mindset.

• Post‑secondary education. Any field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems (experience with Cargo Wise is a plus).
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Bilingual in French is a plus.
