In this role, your leadership in purchasing, planning, and logistics will be essential in ensuring smooth operations. With over 10 years of experience in the supply chain sector, you'll tackle material shortages and strengthen supplier performance. You'll oversee key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead purchasing and logistics operations teams
• Reduce material shortages and improve scheduling
• Build forecasts and production plans based on data
• Track KPIs such as inventory turns and lead time
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years' experience in supply chain
• 5+ years in leadership expected
• Degree in Supply Chain or related field required
• Strong ERP/MRP knowledge with advanced Excel skills
• Fully onsite work required in Canada
