Position: Full-Time Logistics Coordinator Role

Reporting to the Director of Logistics USA, you will play a critical role in connecting pricing and operational activities. This position emphasizes on customer coordination, effective dispatch planning, and performance optimization to enhance overall service reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage transportation activities from booking to delivery

• Schedule daily shipments based on customer priorities

• Prepare accurate customer quotes and maintain rate files

• Follow up on carrier performance and resolve discrepancies

• Track and report key performance metrics weekly

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field

• 3-5 years experience in logistics support

• Knowledge of TMS platforms and North American geography

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
