As a Senior Demand Planner, you will be responsible for analyzing market and sales data, providing precise demand forecasts, and enhancing Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to lead the creation of relevant KPIs and support important projects such as product launches and lifecycle planning, all while maintaining forecast accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and publish performance indicators related to demand
• Detect forecast variations and liaise with stakeholders
• Standardize and manage reporting dashboards effectively
• Lead S&OP and CPFR meetings to gather insights
• Fine-tune forecasting models to match market trends
Requirements:
• Proven analytical skills with a focus on detail
• Experience with demand planning in the supply chain
• Effective collaboration and engagement abilities
• Knowledge of statistical modeling for demand forecasting
• Experience transitioning products through their lifecycle
