In this vital, full-time role, you will supervise the entire outbound process, ensuring every order ships accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with 3PL partners, IT, and Customer Support to enhance process flows and resolve shipment exceptions. Your analytical capabilities will help identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the logistics chain.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily outbound logistics operations
• Champion process improvements to minimize errors
• Engage with multiple teams for seamless shipment coordination
• Analyze logistics data and performance metrics
• Conduct quality checks to uphold shipping standards
Requirements:
• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations
• 2 or more years of relevant logistics experience
• Experience with ERP/WMS like SAP
• Proficient in data analysis and presentation tools
• Excellent communication skills for team collaboration
