Exciting opportunity for a Customs Brokerage Supervisor to manage day-to-day customs operations within a respected global logistics firm. This position emphasizes compliance and effective team leadership.
Our client is seeking an experienced Customs Brokerage Supervisor to oversee Air and Courier Low Value shipment processes. You will engage in hands-on leadership, balancing daily tasks with strategic oversight of customs compliance, particularly focused on CARM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise customs operations for Low Value shipments
• Ensure compliance with CBSA regulations and fast clearance
• Support and lead a team of customs professionals
• Manage onboarding activities for CARM compliance
• Review and oversee customs documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customs brokerage
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of customs clearance procedures
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and operational workflows
