Become a Commercial Invoice Coordinator with COSCO SHIPPING Lines in Toronto. This full-time role is dedicated to the accuracy of commercial invoices for an array of global clients.

As part of the COSCO SHIPPING NAOC team, you will collaborate closely with the Deputy General Manager of the Commercial Department. Applicants should possess a post-secondary education in fields such as Logistics or Business, alongside 1-3 years of pertinent experience. Strong Excel skills and an eye for detail will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review discrepancies in rail freight invoices

• Monitor and reconcile statements from service providers

• Work with Operations and Finance for invoice processing

• Follow up on vendor billing issues promptly

• Maintain invoicing and payment records accurately

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education

• Preferred 1-3 years experience in supply chain roles

• Excel proficiency and MS Office familiarity

• Strong analytical skills
