Global Clinical Distribution Lead

We are seeking an experienced Global Clinical Distribution Lead to support the end-to-end distribution activities for a portfolio of global clinical trials.

This role will be responsible for ensuring clinical inventory is available at the right place and at the right time by coordinating distribution activities from product release through depot delivery and supporting clinical site supply. You will work closely with Clinical Supply, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, external providers, and cross-functional study teams.

• Manage on-time delivery performance for clinical supply shipments across the global distribution network.
• Coordinate clinical inventory deployment, depot supply, shipments, and material movement.
• Partner with Clinical Demand & Supply Leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure supply availability.
• Participate in Protocol Execution Teams (PETs), Global Supply Execution Teams (gSETs), and distribution-related meetings.
• Identify and resolve operational, logistics, and system issues impacting delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with internal and external logistics providers, suppliers, warehouses, and depots.
• Support global distribution projects, process improvements, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Maintain high accuracy in SAP/ERP and clinical supply systems
  , including troubleshooting and first/second-level diagnostics.
• Work within GMP/GxP-compliant environments and follow applicable quality procedures.
• Support quality events, deviations,
  CAPAs, and change controls as applicable.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, Biotechnology
  , or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in clinical trial management, clinical supply, logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain.
• Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems

• Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinical supply, logistics, distribution, inventory, or material management.
• Experience working cross-functionally and with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve complex operational issues independently.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with global clinical supply/distribution networks and depot operations.
• APICS and/or SCOR certification

• Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence training.
• Experience with clinical supply management systems such as CLARA is a plus.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional, or global organizations.

This position requires the selected candidate to work from the Mississauga campus a minimum of 3 days per week
