Inside Sales Shipping Receiving Associate

The Inside Sales and Shipping Receiving Associate maintains records for shipped and received products. Responsibilities include order entry, inventory management, customer service, and shipping documentation. The role supports warehouse coordination, verifies merchandise, and addresses service-related issues under close supervision.

• Serve customers by telephone and at walk-in counters
• Pick, pack, label, and document outgoing orders
• Verify incoming goods against purchase orders
• Maintain inventory records and organize storage areas
• Make deliveries as needed using a company vehicle

• High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred
• Zero to two years in the responsibility area
• One or more years of sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
