Bilingual Parts Inventory Administrator

This Bilingual Parts Inventory Administrator processes orders, monitors stock movements, and coordinates parts administration. The position requires ERP experience, Microsoft Excel proficiency, and strong organizational skills. You will communicate with internal teams and external partners while supporting inventory control, reporting, and established procedures.

• Process supplier and internal stock orders
• Coordinate cycle counts and investigate inventory variances
• Manage parts returns and related records
• Maintain pricing, inventory information, and ERP master data
• Prepare weekly inventory performance and KPI reports

• At least one year in parts or inventory administration
• Strong spoken and written French and English
• Experience using an ERP inventory system
• Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel
• Legal entitlement to work in Canada
