Bilingual Parts Operations Coordinator

Use English and French daily as a Bilingual Operations Coordinator in fully on-site Mississauga, Ontario, supporting parts orders, inventory, and customer communication.

This permanent, full-time role supports an established Canadian distributor serving automotive, heavy-duty vehicle, and industrial parts markets. You will coordinate orders, research availability and pricing, manage returns, and communicate with customers and business partners. Collaboration with sales, warehouse, and operations teams keeps fulfillment accurate and timely.

• Coordinate customer orders for accurate, timely fulfillment
• Research parts availability, inventory, pricing, and shipping information
• Manage returns and resolve order discrepancies with internal teams
• Provide product information and updates by phone and email
• Maintain transaction, order activity, and lost sales records

• Two or more years in customer service, order management, inside sales, or operations
• Automotive, heavy-duty, industrial, or related parts distribution experience
• Fully bilingual English and French communication skills
• Understanding of orders, inventory, pricing, returns, and distribution
• Intermediate Microsoft Office and warehouse system proficiency
