Mystery Shopping Operations Contractor

Mystery shopping operations are central to this Ipsos contractor assignment. Use Excel, shopper coordination, and careful follow-up during North American business hours.

The Channel Performance Service Line seeks Independent Contractors to support Project Schedulers on specific assignments. You will help manage more than one million annual shops across a global mystery shopping operation. Responsibilities include working with Field Managers, Field Coordinators, and Client Success teams to complete projects on time, fully, and accurately. Contractors invoice agreed hours under their contractor agreement.

• Work under Field Manager or Field Coordinator direction
• Maintain project completion, accuracy, and deadlines
• Follow up with overdue Mystery Shoppers
• Respond to shopper questions throughout project execution
• Follow up on returned shops awaiting resubmission

• 30–40 weekly hours during North American business hours
• Hands-on Excel experience managing databases and reporting
• Strong interpersonal skills across diverse personalities
• Meticulous attention to detail and high ethical standards
• Sassie or SMX experience is an asset
