This Buyer purchases tea and herbals for Mother Parkers, one of North America’s largest tea and coffee manufacturers. The role reviews demand, places contracts, and develops effective supply chains supporting production needs. You will manage suppliers, stakeholders, specifications, documentation, and invoices while advancing commodity efficiency projects.

• Review demand requirements and place tea and herbal contracts
• Improve buying patterns, pricing, supply risk, and total cost
• Monitor supplier adherence and implement corrective actions
• Foster supplier relationships and communicate with stakeholders
• Complete sustainability reporting, sensory evaluations, and invoice approvals

• Minimum five years of procurement experience
• CPG or food manufacturing experience preferred
• Understanding of supply chain dynamics and changing markets
• Proven negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills
• University degree preferred; tea industry experience advantageous
