Procurement Coordinator Supplier Operations

Coordinate supplier communications and purchasing records at Uniti Wall, supporting material deliveries across Procurement, Finance, Inventory, and Manufacturing teams.
This Procurement Coordinator role supports purchasing activities, supplier coordination, purchase order tracking, and delivery follow-up. You will work with the Procurement Lead and cross-functional teams. The position helps maintain accurate records, timely communication, and material availability for manufacturing and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and review internal purchase requests for completeness
Request quotations and organize comparable supplier information
Maintain supplier, quotation, and purchasing system records
Track purchase orders, confirmations, shipments, and delivery timelines
Share delivery updates with affected departments and escalate delays
Requirements:
Post-secondary education in business or supply chain preferred
One to three years procurement or purchasing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills
Professional communication skills with suppliers and internal departments
Experience using purchasing systems, spreadsheets, and shared folders
Support Uniti Wall procurement operations through organized supplier coordination, purchase order tracking, and accurate documentation.
