Customer Operations Analyst Order Management

Manage customer orders and supply issues as a Customer Operations Analyst at Diageo’s Dunwin location on a fixed-term contract. Use communication and analysis daily.

This Customer Operations Analyst supports customer service through proactive order management and supply engagement. The role coordinates with Customers, Commercial Sales, Finance, Supply Planning, Logistics, Brand, and Innovation teams. You will help minimize customer out-of-stocks while balancing service, cost, cash, and quality priorities. Order management systems, preferably SAP, and Microsoft Office applications support the work.

• Prioritize high-volume requests according to business needs and timing
• Monitor product flow from plants and suppliers
• Communicate order status and logistics issues
• Manage exceptions, returns, transfers, and quality issues
• Improve customer service processes and performance metrics

• Two-plus years in customer service, planning, or logistics
• Experience in beverage alcohol or fast-paced CPG
• Degree or equivalent supply chain experience
• Order management systems and Microsoft Office experience
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
