Procurement Excellence Construction Specialist

Strengthen procurement excellence for major capital construction projects at Agnico Eagle through process governance and continuous improvement. Hybrid work may be available from listed AEM offices or telecommuting.

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, this specialist develops, maintains, and improves procurement processes, templates, tools, and best practices. The work supports consistency, compliance, audit readiness, and operational effectiveness across projects. You will guide procurement and project teams while supporting digital enablement, training, and standardized practice adoption.

• Improve and document procurement processes, procedures, and supporting materials
• Promote Agnico Eagle Mines procurement standards across projects
• Develop templates, forms, evaluation tools, and standard documentation
• Support procurement systems, reporting tools, and digital solutions
• Deliver training, onboarding, coaching, and process guidance

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• Significant procurement, supply chain, contracts, or project procurement experience
• Understanding of procurement governance, controls, and documentation
• Experience supporting audits, improvement, or transformation initiatives
• English and French bilingualism
