Customer Supply Chain Specialist

Maple Leaf Foods seeks a Customer Supply Chain Representative skilled in order management, data analysis, and customer delivery coordination. Support assigned MLF customer portfolios.
This Customer Supply Chain Representative serves as the primary contact for order-to-delivery processes. You will collaborate with buyers, Customer Business Teams, and cross-functional peers. The work focuses on mitigating supply issues, resolving delivery failures, and creating shared value through analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage orders against lead times, minimum quantities, and shipping schedules
Align deliveries with current inventory resupply information
Troubleshoot delivery failures and customer order discrepancies
Coordinate shipments and delivery appointments with transportation teams
Provide daily order short reports to customers and CBT
Requirements:
Post-secondary education or relevant customer supply chain experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills
Customer-focused, collaborative, continuous improvement mindset
Apply customer service, supply chain coordination, Excel, and analytical skills to support Maple Leaf Foods delivery performance.
