Summer Intern - Facilities Management

In this role, you will support the Assistant Property Manager and Operations Supervisor in maintaining high standards in property conditions. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute repairs and maintenance on non-structural systems

• Participate in routine inspections for building efficiency

• Engage in cleaning activities for common areas

• Conduct ground keeping and landscaping duties

• Address tenant requests for support and service

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant facilities experience

• Knowledge of property management systems like Angus Anywhere

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• A valid Driver’s License is an advantage

• Understanding WHMIS specifications is a benefit
