JOB DESCRIPTION
The General Commercial Cleaner will be responsible for conducting various general external grounds maintenance, snow removal and salting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Clear Snow from entrances, and apply salt to walk ways.
Empty exterior garbage cans and ashtrays.
Pick up litter and debris from parking areas, exterior break areas and lawn spaces.
Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client
Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies
QUALIFICATIONS   Effective communication skills both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail
Works well independently and in a team environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS   This position requires a high level of physical exertion
Moderate intensity of sensory effort is required
Shift is 4am to 10am Monday to Friday, location 3185 American Drive, Mississauga Compensation: $17.40 per hour
