Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Generalists play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to perform a variety of tasks related to product repair and deployment.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE   Inspect, triage, reset, and clean POS terminals.
Perform quality checks to ensure repaired items meet the standards.
Adhere to documented SOPs to comply with the ISO
9001:2015 standards.
Maintain an organized and clean workspace to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
Collaborate with the repair team to identify common issues and suggest improvements to processes and tools.
Deployment Centre   Assist in the process of order fulfillment.
Perform final quality inspections before products are deployed.
Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure product is available for a timely deployment.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the deployment process.
Qualifications   High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
Previous experience in a warehouse, repair, or logistics role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable with basic hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
Proficient with computers and basic Microsoft office tools.
Familiarity with ERPs systems.
Physical ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
