As a Maintenance Support professional, you will work directly under the Maintenance Manager, carrying out routine repairs and minor maintenance to a variety of facility systems. The job will require execution of regular inspections, diligent record-keeping, and interaction with residents to uphold their comfort and safety. You’ll also participate in housekeeping efforts, showcasing your adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out minor repairs to electrical and plumbing systems

• Regularly inspect premises for safety compliance

• Paint, perform carpentry, and maintain grounds

• Fulfill housekeeping duties alongside maintenance tasks
