Position: Part-Time Maintenance Aide at The Beechwood
Support resident care as a part-time Maintenance Aide at The Beechwood, part of Cogir Senior Living in Mississauga. Your skills in repair and maintenance will maintain our community’s standards.

You will report directly to the Maintenance Manager while performing routine repairs and facilitating minor maintenance operations across the building. This role is essential in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our residents, incorporating a variety of tasks from electrical work to landscaping and regular inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs on electrical and plumbing systems

• Paint and carry out minor carpentry tasks

• Regularly inspect the property for safety compliance

• Adhere strictly to safety practices and facility policies

• Complete housekeeping and other assigned maintenance duties

Requirements:

• Capability to follow verbal and written instructions

• Physical proficiency in moving heavy loads

• Knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques

• Understanding of health and safety principles

• Ready to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
