You'll play a key role in performing inspections, troubleshooting, and managing emergency responses. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee overnight operations and ensure building safety

• Conduct routine inspections and identify needs for repairs

• Implement first-line troubleshooting for operational systems

• Manage emergency responses and after-hours vendor coordination

• Keep accurate records of maintenance and safety logs

Requirements:

• Trade certification or equivalent experience in facilities

• 3–5 years experience in hands-on building operations

• Knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems

• Proven ability to work autonomously during night shifts
