This position focuses on logistics, communication with customers, and proficient use of Jonas Construction Software, Microsoft Suite products, and AI tools. Your organizational skills will play a vital role in maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch HVAC technicians efficiently based on multiple factors

• Maintain proactive communication with customers and technicians

• Create and send out weekly technician schedules

• Manage customer and contractor data in Jonas ERP

• Implement AI solutions to streamline documentation and processes

Requirements:

• At least 2 years in the HVAC industry or mechanical trades

• Mastery of Microsoft Suite and Adobe tools

• Experience working with AI for administrative tasks

• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with data accuracy focus
