Position: Building Operator at Bora Pharmaceuticals
Join Bora Pharmaceuticals as a Building Operator, providing essential mechanical support on-site. Ensure the operation and maintenance of critical facilities equipment in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment.

This full-time, permanent role focuses on the ongoing optimization and upkeep of systems such as HVAC, boilers, and environmental filtration equipment. Collaborate with teams to document maintenance, coordinate contractors, and strive for continuous improvement initiatives. You will also maintain regulatory compliance through preventive maintenance and accurate recordkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain HVAC, boilers, and filtration equipment

• Complete maintenance documentation for regulatory compliance

• Supervise contractors and coordinate on-site work

• Identify efficiency gaps and propose actionable solutions

• Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Stationary Engineer or Building Operator

• Diploma in Industrial Maintenance Mechanic or equivalent

• Familiarity with Building Management/Automation Systems

• Experience with HVAC and boiler systems

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
