Position: Temporary Facilities Support Role in Ontario
Work with Indwell as Facilities Maintenance Support this summer in Mississauga, Ontario. This full-time, eight-week contract involves hands-on building maintenance and repair.

As Facilities Maintenance Support, you'll assist in the daily operations and upkeep of buildings within Indwell’s supportive housing portfolio. This role requires strong dedication to maintaining high standards and effective communication with both program staff and tenants. You will take part in repairs, cleaning, and readiness checks for apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage repair requests throughout Indwell’s buildings

• Update work orders and status in Yardi software

• Ensure apartments are ready for new tenants post-vacancy

• Carry out monthly inspections and maintenance tasks

• Coordinate material deliveries and pickups

Requirements:

• Experience in construction or facilities maintenance

• Experience with property management preferred

• Ability to work effectively in various weather conditions

• Current Vulnerable Sector Police Check or willingness to obtain

• Valid 'G' class driver's license preferred
