Position: Corrosion Technician I Summer Internship Role
Join Corrpro Canada as a summer intern in the role of Corrosion Technician I. This position involves supporting cathodic protection activities with a mentor, focusing on practical experience and skills development.

As an entry-level intern, you will engage in testing and evaluation processes while learning the complexities of corrosion systems. Your tasks will include collecting essential data, sketching site features, and assisting in report preparation, all designed to build foundational knowledge in this field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform specific tests to collect data for evaluation

• Gather soil measurements and rectifier data

• Learn operational principles of cathodic protection systems

• Create sketches of installation sites for accuracy

• Compile data for final client service reports

Requirements:

• No experience needed; education in a relevant field preferred

• AMPP CP1 with some experience is an asset

• Class G driver's license is a must

• Capable of interpreting technical documents

• Strong reasoning skills to solve practical problems
