Position: MGCC Full-Time Maintenance Assistant Position
Join the team at Mississaugua Golf and Country Club (MGCC) as a Full-Time Maintenance Assistant. Contribute to maintaining a premier golf and social club environment with high standards of service.

As a Full-Time Maintenance Assistant, you will support the Senior Facility Manager with a variety of tasks that ensure the clubhouse remains in pristine condition. Your expertise in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems will be crucial in addressing maintenance challenges promptly. Additionally, you will engage with members to report and resolve issues, showcasing your strong service orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily maintenance tasks across the facility

• Report on maintenance issues and maintain logs

• Communicate effectively with contractors and other departments

• Perform routine inspections and ensure compliance

• Handle deliveries and store maintenance supplies

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in building maintenance

• Basic knowledge of general repair methods

• Must possess a valid driver's license

• Capable of lifting up to 75 pounds with assistance

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
