Maintenance Operations Representative

This Maintenance Representative position requires coordination of work order submissions and daily maintenance requests. Key Responsibilities:

• Process, prioritize, and log resident maintenance orders

• Coordinate with team members for effective resolution of issues

• Use the online portal to close completed work orders

Requirements:

• Proficient in general maintenance skills and repairs
