What you’ll be doing

As a Housekeeper you will do meaningful work every day, ensuring a safe and clean environment for residents. You will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.

What makes you a great fit?
  • Ability to complete a wide range of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet shampooing, and spot cleaning walls, windows, and doors.
  • Skilled in cleaning and disinfecting resident rooms, bathrooms, furniture, and common areas according to assigned schedules and procedures.
  • Attention to detail when preparing rooms for new occupants, ensuring spaces are clean, welcoming, and tour‑ready at all times.
  • Strong understanding of resident privacy and professionalism while working in occupied living spaces.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and motivated by meaningful work that supports seniors’ quality of life.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
  • Flexible and willing to assist with additional duties as assigned.
What you need to know
  • Previous housekeeping experience is required.
  • You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit.
  • You must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check and Criminal Records Check.
  • Sienna Senior Living may utilize artificial Intelligence to screen or assess applicants for this position.
