With 3-5+ years of experience in facilities and commercial maintenance, you will manage the full lifecycle of maintenance operations. Your responsibilities include project management, budgeting, and ensuring high service standards. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to guarantee operational efficiency and seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own work orders from intake to close-out management
• Lead the estimating and budgeting process for projects
• Source, coordinate, and manage vendors and subcontractors
• Communicate proactively with clients to enhance service experience
• Conduct site visits for quality verification and safety checks
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years in facilities or commercial construction
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
• Proven job estimating experience on projects
• Excellent communication skills with clients and vendors
• Detail-oriented with organizational and multitasking abilities
