Maintenance Services Worker Part-Time

Position: Maintenance Services Worker Part-Time Role
Become a key player in maintenance at Prairie Health Care Centre as a part-time Maintenance Services Worker. Your work will ensure all facilities, grounds, and equipment are properly maintained.

This role offers a permanent part-time position working 0.5 FTE with shifts scheduled in a three-week rotation. Applicants should have a minimum of one year of experience in maintenance and hold a Fireman Boiler Operator license. Strong organizational and computer skills are essential, along with the ability to operate independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs on buildings and facility systems

• Conduct maintenance on equipment and grounds

• Operate maintenance tools following safety guidelines

• Work closely with the Plant Maintenance team

• Maintain cleanliness and safety across facility areas

Requirements:

• One year of relevant maintenance experience required

• Fireman Boiler Operator certification needed

• Hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license

• Pool Operator and Refrigeration certifications are beneficial

• Strong communication and organizational skills vital
